These are videos to show you how to create events on the website, check bookings, add bookings, send emails to attendees, etc. Please go through all the video before you start creating events on the website.
Mailpoet
Instructions on how to send emails using mailpoet. These tutorials will also cover how to remove people from the mailing lists (non-current members) as it does not happen automatically.
People who are no longer members are not automatically unsubscribed from the mailing list. Either the Membership and/or Website Manager should regularly go in and remove people from the list.
- Go to the dashboard
- Select MailPoet
- Then select Subscribers
- Search for the people using the username or email address
- Select ‘Move to Trash’
This will remove them from the mailing list. If they rejoin they will need to resubscribe when they sign up.
